bring over 2 decades of personal training and body sculpting experience
right to your door. My broad educational
background includes an
M.A. in exercise science,
a Ph.D. in genetics, a B.A. in psychology, and I am a registered nurse. All this combined with
over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer, gives me the
breadth of knowledge to address all aspects of your health and fitness
program in a way that no other personal trainer can.
Together we'll quickly make recurring injuries and
weaknesses a thing of the past. My deep understanding
and experience with health, fitness, and human biomechanics allows
me to quickly identify the source of recurring injuries and create
custom exercises and dietary programs to resolve frustrating injuries
and weaknesses that have kept you down.

During my studies at UC Berkeley for the masters
degree in exercise science, I developed a deep understanding of
the biomechanics of physical activities. I'll show you how specific,
targeted adjustments to your form can quickly and completely change
your results for the better.
